Private referral sources: counselors, attorneys, social workers, individuals, ministers, elders, family members, etc.
If I know of someone who may benefit from MCCH services, how can I make a recommendation?
At this time, you may contact the MCCH office at 316-942-3221 and request a referral form or ask to speak to either the CEO or the Director of Program Services. Very soon we will have a referral form available to print and mail to MCCH.
